Opera Prima is produced by J. Garcia Carrion Winery, the largest, family-owned wine producer in Spain. The grapes are sourced from La Mancha and are vinified, aged and bottled at the family's winery in Damiel, Spain.Tasting notes:This fine sparkling presents an intense aroma of fresh berries and tropical fruits with hints of white flower. Delicate bubbles carry a silky, pleasant sweetness that is balanced by a crisp, refreshing finish.Technical notes:(97% Muscat/3% Tempranillo) After careful selection, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. The white Moscato and red Tempranillo still wines are macerated with Tempranillo skin contact for eight hours to obtain color and complexity. The still wine is then transferred to isothermal stainless steel tanks for secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
